Alicia Wilburn is a massage therapist and instructor with a passion for all-natural body products. She grew up in rural southwest Virginia where she learned about homeopathy. After becoming a mother and realizing that her children's skin was even more sensitive than hers, she was on a mission to make products that were not only free of SLS, dyes, and preservatives, but that also had healing effects. She first developed fair trade whipped African shea butters scented with essential oils and other all-natural ingredients; this helped her son’s eczema after getting no results from conventional medicine. She took this idea further and began to create all of the products for her children’s body care needs, including soaps and bath soaks.

 

Alicia’s company now offers a “soap-of-the-month” club, where buyers receive three large bars of soap (with rotating scents) at a discounted price. She also has standard scents that are available year-round. She uses these products in her massage practice and offers custom orders of soaps, bath soaks, and whipped shea butter.
