Calls for Entries
CROSSROADS JURIED ALL-MEDIA SHOWS
Crossroads’s all-media shows are open to mid-Atlantic artists through a bimonthly Call for Entries, and cash prizes are awarded for the winners. Each show is juried by a prominent arts professional from the community (a gallery director, curator, museum official, arts professor, or accomplished artist). Cash awards are given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
All work submitted must be for sale. Entry fee is $12 per submission for the general public and $9 per submission for Crossroads members, with a limit of three submissions per artist. If an artist is not a gallery member and wishes to participate, he or she may join at the time of entry. Commission on sales is 30%. For more information, download the all-media show agreement.

CROSSROADS ANNUAL GALLERY MEMBERS SHOW
Gallery members of Crossroads Art Center are encouraged to submit work for the July Members Show. Gallery member artists may enter one piece for free and a second piece for $10. If an artist is not a gallery member and wishes to participate, he or she may join at the time of entry. General gallery membership is $50 for the general public and $40 for artists-in-residence at Crossroads Art Center.

Exhibition Policies
Crossroads Art Center is dedicated to presenting quality artwork in a professional setting; this is the primary criterion for inclusion in an exhibition.
Shows are held on the third Friday of every other month, beginning in January. Calls for entries are held Tuesday through Saturday during the week before the opening.
Three cash prizes are awarded in each juried all-media show: 1st place, $100; 2nd place, $75; and 3rd place, $50. Honorable mentions are awarded a ribbon.
Work on exhibition must be for sale and professionally framed or suitable and ready for hanging. Three dimensional work must be ready to be displayed.
If a piece of art sells, it must remain in the gallery until the end of the current exhibition. A red dot will be placed on the tag to indicate it has sold.
Work must be original art by the artist submitting the work, unless otherwise stated.
Work previously accepted in a show may not be resubmitted. Work previously submitted, but not accepted, may be resubmitted.
Crossroads Art Center is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on display.
Work that is not included in the show must be picked up no later than the Friday afternoon of the opening reception. Work on display that did not sell must be picked up within 5 days of the end of the show. Items left more than two months will be placed for sale, and the commission paid to Crossroads Art Center will be 75%.
