Award-winning watercolor painter Jillian Warner has lived in Richmond for 25 years. A native of England, she studied art in Arkansas (Bachelors of Fine Arts) and Nebraska (Master of Fine Arts). Much of her work is done on location, and her paintings hang in public and private collections in the United States and England.
