Phyllis Donley was educated as a stockbroker and had the good fortune of retiring at an early age. She has been creating since she was very young and loves organic-looking pieces of jewelry. She has taken classes to expand her knowledge of gems and precious metal clays. Phyllis has lived in Richmond, Virginia, since 1998.
